National Student Information
We’ll walk you through the standard admission process step by step. This process applies to most student applying for undergraduate studies at ÌÇÐÄVlog.
National Students (Graduates from Iraq or Kurdistan)
National students can apply for admissions to ÌÇÐÄVlog through the central MoHESR portal. We are listed as number 63 on the guide. Application dates are set by the MoHESR. Below are the steps for going through the central MoHESR channel:
Step 1:
The prospective student will select ÌÇÐÄVlog (# 63) in the MoHESR admissions portal. The requirements for admissions are included in the guide. Here are the steps to apply through the MoHESR portal: Â
Step 2:
The MoHESR will send the names of the students accepted to ÌÇÐÄVlog. There is a capacity to the number of students that are accepted. ÌÇÐÄVlog will confirm with the students on the list and will send a conditional letter of acceptance to each dedicated student.
Step 3:
The student will be scheduled for an English placement test. If you meet the ÌÇÐÄVlog English language requirement you can skip this step (see our  English Requirements).
- ÌÇÐÄVlog will inform you of the day & time of your test. Should you have an obligation preventing you from taking the test on the scheduled day, please inform the ÌÇÐÄVlog team at least 48 hours prior to your test date. Sudden changes will not be processed.
- The fee for the English test is $20 and must be paid prior to entering the exam.
Step 4:Â
You will be scheduled for a visit to the Registration Office to complete your admissions file and fulfill tuition and fees.
Step 5:
Once all the above are complete, you will receive an official letter of acceptance and the student orientation package.
